Leadership
Anyone can lead: in a team, a community or their own business. Leadership starts with taking responsibility for what is around you.
Preparing a new stage
We unite.We support.We change.
We are the Stozhary of a new Ukraine
The NGO “Ukrainian Youth Association” was founded in 2022 to unite young people around shared values: leadership, education, unity and mutual support.
We are now preparing a new stage of our work.
We are open to talks and cooperation, write to us.
About us
Why we are the Stozhary
Stozhary is the old Ukrainian name for the Pleiades. It is a small constellation, but it can be seen from anywhere in the country, because its stars shine together.
Just like us: young people from different cities, professions and views who shine brighter together. The Association was founded in 2022, the year Ukrainian youth showed what they can do when they stand together.
Our goal is for every young person in Ukraine to have access to knowledge, support and opportunities that help them find themselves and build the future of the country.
What we believe in
Education
Knowledge opens doors. We believe in quality education, formal and non-formal, available to everyone.
Unity
Together we are stronger. We believe young people from different regions can support each other and act as one team.
Volunteering
Good deeds change communities. We believe in the power of young people who help others and make the world around them better.
Yulia Novik
Founder of the NGO “Ukrainian Youth Association”
I believe every young person deserves not just support, but a whole world of opportunities. That is what we are building together.
